I know I've already given a must read for the day but this analysis is fascinating. I would have linked to the original article but Jeralyn's additional analysis is as eye-opening. Bottom line, caucuses disenfranchise voters by design and produce uniquely different outcomes than actual primaries. I say it like this, primaries represent the will of the voters, caucuses represent the will of handful of party activists.
