I have been an A's fan for a while now since living in the Bay area. Go A's! The Athletics have been touted as having some of the best and most consistent pitching in the MLB over that last season or two thanks to the gifted roster strategy of Bille Beane (recommended reading: "Moneyball" by Michael Lewis). Even though I live in San Francisco and the Giants ballpark - whatever it goes by these days! - is only a hop, skip and a jump away, I will take the A's, their stadium and the A's fans any day! However...! Now that the fad of lame Barry Bonds who never really did anything as a left fielder in the years I have seen him play is over and done with, I feel like I can finally give a little attention to Los Gigantes de San Francisco. I can overlook the primarily yuppie, suited-up crowd, free wi-fi at the stadium (are you seriously trying to use your laptop at a goddamned baseball game?!), outrageously overpriced tiny beers and the nightmare that it is to get a taxi home after the game for one Mr. Tim Lincecum. Timmy-boy, one of the newest additions to the Giants pitching staff this season (they can actually afford some excellent athletes now that they are not wasting their money on dumbass Barry Bonds), is one cute little guy! How old is he? Like 12? And he is a stellar pitcher to boot! Good for the Giants. Still prefer the A's to win always. But now I feel like I don't always have to root for the visitor when I happen to take a game in at PacBell Park. Wait - I mean SBC Park. Err...AT&T Park? For the love! Yay Tim!

Hey! The google ad below is for the Giants now! Yeah! I was getting sick and tired of "Barack Obama Exposed".
timmy is the shizzy
I think she is talking about baseball people.
i like him for two reasons: 1) he is young and super cute!!! and 2) he is an excellent pitcher and a great addition to one of the teams i love to hate! yay timmy :) xoxo
Shit, you all are johnny-come-latelys on the Lincy tip. I've been exploring the limits of my man-boy crush since his call up last season. And, yeah, he is that good.
